She's a cleanse expert, and author of the upcoming book The Beauty Detox Solution. Clinical nutritionist Kimberly Snyder shares her holistic eating weekend plans:

Eat her greens.
Kimberly starts the day with: "My 'Glowing Green Smoothie.' It is made up of fresh greens and fruit, most of which I source from the Union Square Greenmarket." Check out the recipe here.

"Bonobo's is a great [dining] option. They have real fresh coconut water, and I always order the nutmeat salad with kale and the macadamia nut pâté. Yummy!"

"I am a yogi, and one of my favorite instructors is Leila Zimbel. Her classes are incredibly creative. She'll kick your butt, but she holds true to the authentic philosophy of yoga."

"One of my big criteria for judging a restaurant is how they can make a salad--I want a big, hearty, flavorful one rather than a wimpy, lame one. Blossom delivers in the salad department."

"Durian is a delicious fruit that tastes like ice cream, and it has many beautifying minerals to nourish the skin. My favorite durian fruit seller is in Chinatown. They will open the durians for you!"
