  • Coconuts are naturally hydrating.

    Go coconuts.

"Bonobo's is a great [dining] option. They have real fresh coconut water, and I always order the nutmeat salad with kale and the macadamia nut pâté. Yummy!"

  • Leila Zimbel is a popular yoga instructor.

    Sweat it.

"I am a yogi, and one of my favorite instructors is Leila Zimbel. Her classes are incredibly creative. She'll kick your butt, but she holds true to the authentic philosophy of yoga."

Check out Leila's website for her schedule
  • Blossom makes big, hearty salads.

    Supercharge with superfood.

"One of my big criteria for judging a restaurant is how they can make a salad--I want a big, hearty, flavorful one rather than a wimpy, lame one. Blossom delivers in the salad department."

  • Durian fruit is exotic and healthy.

    Go to town.

"Durian is a delicious fruit that tastes like ice cream, and it has many beautifying minerals to nourish the skin. My favorite durian fruit seller is in Chinatown. They will open the durians for you!"
