Let's be honest: When do you ever not feel like a nut?
When it comes to noshing, research shows that nuts are a power snack. They're heart-healthy, packed with protein and antioxidants and might help whittle your middle. But all too often, they're drowned in excess grease and salt.
Yumnuts give you all the health benefits without any of the bad stuff. There are no added oils, cholesterol, preservatives or artificial flavors.
