Jennifer Aniston's Yoga Workout

A new slew of workout DVDs will keep the winter pounds away.

Oh, the weather outside is frightful. And the couch is so delightful. But since we've no place to go...work up a sweat (and burn off those holiday treats) with these brand new exercise DVDs.

Best for celeb-gawkers: We love Jennifer Aniston--and not just because of the whole Brad Pitt thing. Get her lean, toned figure using her longtime yoga teacher's new chill-out workout, Yogalosophy ($29.95). Instructor Mandy Ingber pairs yoga poses with toning moves to sculpt sleek muscles. And yes, Aniston herself makes an appearance.

Best for dance fanatics: You've got the steps to Slumdog Millionaire's Jai Ho dance memorized. Take your booty-shaking skills to the next level with Hemalayaa: Bollywood Dance Blast ($14.99). It features two 20-minute routines full of jumps and turns, so you can squeeze in calorie-blasting anytime.

Best for couples: The 3-disc set from Wefitfor2 ($49.99) claims to make your body and relationship healthier. The customizable program is a mix of cardio and resistance training called "partnering." You use your own body weight against your partner's for an effective (and intimate) strength session.

Let it snow. You'll heat things up indoors.
