Madge's new fitness crush combines ballet, yoga and Pilates.
Over the years, Madonna has dabbled in every get-fit-quick scheme out there--and she's got the hard body to prove it.
Her latest obsession: barre3 workouts (no barre necessary!) that blend ballet, yoga and Pilates for incredibly long, lean and strong muscles. We heard that the Material Girl regularly flies Oregon-based Barre3 founder Sadie Lincoln to New York for private training sessions in Mikhail Baryshnikov's studio.
"Do this workout three to four times a week, and in a month, you'll be rocking a different body and attitude," says Lincoln.
