Erika Bloom's Sautéed Kale
chopped garlic (to taste)
1 bunch of kale
2 Tbsp. water
olive oil
salt
Sauté the garlic in just a touch of olive oil. Add the kale and the water (it should be just enough water that the kale doesn't stick). Sauté over medium heat until the kale starts to take on a greener color and slightly wilt (about 5 minutes). Add salt to taste.
