We chalked it up to getting older, but learned there's a way to fight back and feel smarter.

Superbrain Yoga is a series of moves that are supposed to stimulate brain activity and boost mental energy. We were skeptical until we watched this news report about the practice's brain benefits. We tried it on a crazy-busy afternoon and instantly felt more energized and focused. The mental lift lasted well into the following day, despite our lack of sleep.
