Hummus the whole body will love

1 can (15 ounces) adzuki beans, rinsed and strained
1/3 cup raw sesame tahini
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp ground ginger
1 tsp cumin
1 Tbsp lemon juice

In a food processor, place the beans, tahini, turmeric, ginger, cumin, and lemon juice. Pulse to combine but not puree.

Yield: 16 (about ¼-cup) servings
