This trainer can help you look like The Pussycat Dolls from behind.
When we met Dale Dymkoski, trainer to The Pussycat Dolls, we had one question: how can we get buns like theirs?
Easily, it turns out. In just 40 minutes, Dymkoski led us through a training session that can yield not only a dancer's fanny but a 2-3% fat loss in 8-12 weeks:
Good things come in 3's. We did three circuit sets that worked both arms and legs. "This keeps the heart rate up while resting the muscle group you just worked out," explains Dymkoski. "Plus, working the legs works the rear."
There are "magic tush tighteners":
- The Stiff-Legged Dead Lift (Standing with feet apart, hold a weighted bar, arms relaxed. Bend to a flat back, then stand and contract the glutes.)
- The Deep Squat (Heels flat, feet about hip-distance, squat until thighs are parallel to the ground, then rise.)
- The Narrow Lunge (With one foot about 2 ft. in front of the other and your weight on the front foot, lunge until front thigh is parallel with the floor.)
Just two sessions a week are enough.
And that's the bottom line.
