No Boys Allowed

Pink Iron is sweet and tough.

Gym too much like a boys' club? Feel prettier in pink.

Sweaty dude leaving his mark on the elliptical? Guys ogling your press-ups?

Leave the boys' gym behind, and try the new Pink Iron, trainer Holly Holton's chicks-only creation, where all the exercises are tailored to women's bodies. The "pink" part is girly to the hilt: pink floors, walls, weights...plus hairdressing on demand. But the "iron" is pretty tough. We did:

Curve-smoothing circuits. Don't be fooled by the hearts on the dumbbells. We went straight into plié squats, assisted pull-ups and decline push-ups to target woman-specific trouble spots. We panted through three circuits, each hitting arms, legs, core, and ending with a burst of cardio.

Awesome abs. Want a washboard? Holton showed us a Marine-style plank exercise, crunches and twists that had us begging for mercy.

Smooth moves. We cooled down with gentle, lengthening stretches.

And we left feeling in the pink.

Wanna try? Mention Vital Juice now through December 31 for one month's free access to Pink Iron, plus a fitness consultation from Holly Holton!
