Is your workout a little routine? This one is. It's a "little routine" you'll want to practice often.
Swap the sneakers for stilettos. Leave your gym "blahs" behind. Then treat yourself to a little Valentine's Day gift: moves you didn't know you had. Oh yeah, and you'll burn calories, too.
Dancer/trainer Catherine Chiarelli teaches the naughty new workout, Chair Striptease. It's all clothed, but trust us, it's sizzling. You'll start with a smoking stretch emphasizing hips, spine and neck, and learn to slide along the floor. Think you're no dancer? Chiarelli can teach a room full of newbies a seamless routine in 30 minutes (we saw it).
After the floor work, you'll break out the chair. Your glutes, legs and abs will get a serious workout while you pop your booty, swing your legs over and around the chair, straddle it and balance on your bum to show off your gams. One of our favorite moves is a head toss that turns the simplest workout into a steamy session.
