Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to survive Angela Parker's Power Hour.
Once you've signed up for the intense 60-minute workout, await further instructions--the precise meeting place isn't disclosed 'til the day of class, but it's in the vicinity of the Santa Monica stairs. (It's all part of Parker's sneak-attack plan so you'll never get bored.)
Parker also keeps your mind and muscles guessing with an ever-changing combo of running, stairs, lunges, push-ups, cartwheels and more.
Classes are limited to ten people and you can wear an iPod programmed with your own tunes or Angela's Power Hour playlist--check out her picks here.
The class may be hardcore, but we promise that Parker's supportive and sunny manner will keep you motivated.
