Start on all fours.

Feel energized all day with McKenna Rowe's AM routine.

1. Begin on all fours, forming a table top with knees hip-width apart, hands under shoulders, and fingers spread wide.

2. Inhale and extend right leg back while extending left arm forward. Draw in abdominals and keep spine long and neutral. Focus on elongating the leg and arm in opposite directions while drawing in breath.

3. Exhale and draw right knee and left elbow to the chest, slightly rounding the back. Keep drawing in abdominals.

4. Repeat this movement 8 times. Then, extend arm and leg and hold for four long breaths. Return to table top.

5. Switch sides and repeat the sequence with the opposite arm/leg.
