What's the best dairy-free option: rice, coconut or almond milk?
"Out of those three, the number one is coconut milk. The fatty acids found in it are very beneficial, but watch out--coconut milk can have 10 to 15 grams of sugar per cup so be sure to look for unsweetened. If you prefer almond milk, it's best to go through the top vendors like So Delicious or Blue Diamond. Skip rice milk. It is too starchy."
