Someone told me I should take a daily probiotic. I already eat plain yogurt. Is it just as good?
"Because yogurt is pasteurized, it's hard to keep live cultures (probiotics) in yogurt. I recommend taking a capsule form of a probiotic--I love Garden of Life raw probiotics. These have 15 species of good bacteria. Yogurts have only about three strains of probiotics."
