Crème de la Crème
When it's time to splurge, consider this.
Ingredients:
Combine well for a confection that A-listers can't resist.
When we heard that La Prairie had opened a new spa at The Hotel Bel-Air--one of the most glamorous, hidden hotels in the city, and a favorite of Marilyn Monroe--we were excited. But when we heard Scott Crawford had joined the spa staff, we rushed to grab an appointment.
A few words about Crawford (pictured): he's a bodywork savant. He's so tuned in that he can find a tight muscle just by looking at you. He has multiple certifications in massage, physical training and body work.
About La Prairie: It's expensive. And when we first tested it, we cried because it works so well. (The Platinum Rare line really does tighten lines and make skin glow.) We went for the Energy Enhancer treatment, a 90-minute indulgence that ran long--La Prairie therapists are generous with their time.

That's one recipe that does a body good.
