Bike your way to good eats with this tour.

Food GPS and Eating LA team up for a culinary workout.

Ten miles. Two foodies. Your bike.

Highland and Glassell Parks will never be the same.

Joshua Lurie of Food GPS and Pat Saperstein of Eating LA come together for the first-ever Bike Bender: a tour of the neighborhood's best chow, plus a behind-the-scenes look at a secret hotspot that opens in June.

The pit stops are a surprise, but we got a peek at some of VJ-approved, likely menu choices. Eat it up, ride it off:

Shrimp tostada with firm, sweet shrimp, fresh-cut avocado and chile sauce

Freshly-grilled chicken tacos

Fresh pineapple agua fresca

A locally-sourced, small-batch "sour" beer

It might be the best to-go meal you'll ever have.

Get moving if you want a ticket: space is limited. Get yours HERE

PS--Sweet tooth? The best spot in the area, says Lurie, is Butter Tart bakery--it closes too early for this tour, but be sure to come back for the streusel-topped coffee cake.
