Single Leg Push-Up With Curl

Jess Underhill prepares to do a single leg pushup and curl.

1. Start in a plank. With hands and feet in push-up position, lift your right leg off the ground.

2. Push up. Keeping your leg in the air, perform a push-up.

3. Curl. At the top of the push-up, begin to bring your right knee towards your chest by contracting your abs and rounding your spine.

4. Touch down. Return your leg to the ground to complete one rep. 

Alternate sides, and complete 10 reps per leg.
