Bedroom bliss is just a workout away.

This workout will get you hot in more ways than one.

Dimmed lights, sensual music, flirtatious movements...as soon as you step into Crunch's new female-only KAMA workout class, you'll understand what its name means. (Here's a clue.)

We took a sneak peek at the soon-to-launch workout, which is designed to build body-confidence in (and out) of bedroom. What we did:

  • Try a new position. Class starts with a little foreplay (er, cardio), and after the first round of sensual hip circles, we let go of any lingering inhibitions. Practice this libido-boosting exercise: The Kneeling Serpent. 
  • Get to the core of it. Exercises target the female fat zones (think hips, butt, thighs and abs) to create a long, lean lower bod while awakening the sexual (pelvic) core muscles. See a video demo here.
  • Like it hot. Our quads and butt felt the burn during the sensual squats, and the pelvic thrusts helped to open our tight hip flexors.
